Classkick is a collaborative teacher platform used by millions of students and teachers worldwide. They are seeking a hands-on Director of Marketing to drive product positioning, growth narratives, and go-to-market strategies while executing tasks directly and leading through influence.

Responsibilities
Own product positioning and messaging for teachers, schools, and districts
Primary owner of pipeline creation focused on our top 4 ICPs
Drive product-led growth narratives and activation journeys
Lead GTM planning and launches for new features (including AI)
Partner closely with Product, Customer Success, Community/PD, and Sales
Enable CS and Sales with clear, consistent stories and assets
Personally execute: write copy, build decks, ship landing pages, iterate fast
Execute work yourself
Lead through influence, not authority
Operate comfortably in ambiguity
Help shape the GTM motion while it’s still being built
Qualification
Required
8+ years in Product Marketing, GTM, Growth, or Generalist Marketing
5+ years in B2B SaaS and EdTech marketing required
Proven ability to ship GTM initiatives end-to-end
Salesforce & Marketing platform experience is required
Creation of clear, concise reports & dashboards for leadership
Preferred
Experience as an early or first marketing hire a plus
