US Maritime Training Project Manager
Lockheed Martin is dedicated to supporting the U.S. Maritime Training Program by delivering world-class training development and modernization solutions. In this role, you will directly support current and future Aegis/Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD)/Ship Self Defense System (SSDS) Training Development, ensuring seamless execution through collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and program managers.

Responsibilities
Translating customer requirements into actionable organizational plans, including Statements of Work (SOW), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Integrated Master Plans (IMP), risk assessments, schedules, and financial tracking tools
Maintaining a high-level program overview and proactively addressing schedule conflicts, initiatives, and execution plans
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, program managers, external customers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution
Serving as the on-site liaison with the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) headquarters, representing the Lockheed Martin Maritime program office
Qualification
Required
Strong background in program management and customer liaison
Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Superior written and verbal communication abilities
