Responsibilities
Implement, drive, monitor, and report the progress/health of the Continuous Improvement System to the Major Build Unit Director
Serve as the primary point-of-contact for matters relating to Continuous Improvement within build areas
Increase the overall quality and deliverability of our product while decreasing the total cost of production
Understand the Continuous Improvement Frameworks, improvement, and management operating systems
Serve as the subject matter expert in all of its elements, to include PMT, IPT, and Tier 2 & Tier 3 Obeya
Provide continuity and sustainment of the CIF/MOS, independent of leadership and employee attrition and/or changes within the MBU
Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects
Work cross functionally in a large organization interfacing with Sr. to Executive leadership
Analyze production performance metrics relative to quality, cost, and delivery to determine opportunities for improvement
Utilize data analytics to help build a continuous improvement road map for the major build area
Qualification
Required
Implement, drive, monitor, and report the progress/health of the Continuous Improvement System

Utilize multiple problem solving methods (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
Increase the overall quality and deliverability of the product while decreasing the total cost of production
Understand the Continuous Improvement Frameworks, improvement, and management operating systems
Serve as the subject matter expert in all elements of Continuous Improvement Frameworks
Provide continuity and sustainment of the CIF/MOS, independent of leadership and employee attrition and/or changes within the MBU
Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects
Ability to work cross functionally in a large organization interfacing with Sr. to Executive leadership
Ability to utilize Tableau, Minitab, Microsoft office suite including Microsoft Project and Visio
Ability to analyze production performance metrics relative to quality, cost, and delivery to determine opportunities for improvement
Utilize data analytics to help build a continuous improvement road map for the major build area
