Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies across various channels
Serve as a special project and marketing coordinator for the COO
Assist with new business development efforts by creating marketing materials, proposals, and presentations tailored to prospective clients
Support IPA membership growth and retention initiatives through strategic planning and execution of outreach and engagement campaigns
Draft content for internal and external communications including newsletters, marketing collateral, case studies, and client engagement tools
Track and report on project progress, marketing performance metrics, and membership data to support informed decision-making
Manage timelines, deliverables, and communications for multiple ongoing initiatives
Support the COO with administrative and analytical tasks, including scheduling, research, and document preparation as needed
Qualification
Required
Marketing experience or training, with the ability to develop content and messaging that aligns with business goals
Understanding of IPA structures, membership growth and retention strategies, and healthcare delivery systems
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently under minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in healthcare, preferably in IPA management, HMO operations, or managed care
Experience working in or with a Management Services Organization (MSO)
Familiarity with healthcare marketing regulations and HIPAA compliance
Preferred
Graphic design or visual content creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
