Responsibilities

Lead creative development from concept through execution across client work
Partner with account and strategy teams to deliver strategically sound, audience-driven creative content
Oversee copy quality and consistency across campaigns, social, presentations, scripts, and content
Mentor, supervise, and develop writers and creatives through thoughtful feedback and collaboration
Contribute to new business pitches including concept development, narrative building, and live presentations
Actively participate in brainstorms and contribute marketing and creative solutions
Review and refine creative work including headlines, body copy, scripts, decks, and concept statements
Collaborate with PM and production teams to ensure work is delivered on-brief and on-time

Required

8+ years of agency experience with a strong background in copywriting and concept development
Experience developing and presenting creative ideas for new business pitches
Experience leading and mentoring creative teams, including performance management and professional development
Strong operational and project management skills in partnership with account and production teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines without sacrificing quality
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable leading discussions and addressing challenges directly
Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative inputs
Clear understanding of campaign platforms vs tactical executions
Deep interest in culture, storytelling, and creative trends
Portfolio required
