Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that visualize key metrics and performance indicators related to customer service technologies, incorporating AI-driven insights where applicable
Collaborate with data scientists and AI specialists to integrate machine learning models and AI algorithms into BI solutions, enhancing the predictive capabilities of dashboards and reports
Work with data engineers and analysts to gather and integrate data from various sources, including agent desktop systems, chat logs, IVR data, and self-service interactions, ensuring that AI-enhanced data sources are utilized effectively
Engage with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate business requirements into effective Power BI solutions, including the identification of opportunities for AI applications in reporting
Create and optimize data models in Power BI to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing, enhancing the performance of reports and dashboards, while considering the integration of AI-generated data
Monitor and troubleshoot Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and reliability while providing timely updates to stakeholders, including insights derived from AI analytics
Provide training and support to end-users, helping them navigate Power BI dashboards and utilize AI-driven insights for informed decision-making
Create and maintain documentation for Power BI reports, data sources, and processes, ensuring transparency and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team, particularly regarding AI methodologies used
Stay current with the latest Power BI features, AI advancements, and best practices, applying insights to improve existing dashboards and reporting solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
3+ years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI, preferably within the healthcare insurance or technology sectors, with a focus on AI applications
Strong knowledge of data visualization best practices and experience with data transformation and modeling using Power Query and DAX, along with familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts
Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce Data Cloud
Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) for data retrieval and integration
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences
Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation
Preferred
Experience within the healthcare insurance or technology sectors
Experience with Snowflake Database Management
