Responsibilities
Responsible for developing, enhancing, and pricing credit union deposit and card products
Assesses members' financial traits, behaviors, and needs with the use of both internal and external data sources
Recommends and modifies the scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new product ideas and/or product changes
Analyzes market competition by comparing the company's products to competitors' products
Manages, coaches, and develops the Product Team while collaborating with internal stakeholders on new product implementations
Performs ongoing analysis on all products to evaluate success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience
Five years to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
Thorough understanding of Credit Union products, services, and competitors' product lines
Strong knowledge of data analysis and ability to convey ideas
Must have a demonstrated ability to keep finances in order
Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Strong project management skills, well-organized and have an excellent eye for detail

Handle issues with tact, diplomacy, and an appropriate sense of urgency
Understands and complies with all applicable laws and regulations
