Responsibilities
Collect allocation requests and manage distribution logistics
Support budget management and forecasting
Manage procurement activities, including issuing and tracking Purchase Orders (POs)
Partner with Logistics teams to ensure fast and accurate shipping
Manage multiple hardware programs concurrently
Coordinate across cross-functional teams, vendors, and global partners
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an Engineering Program Specialist or similar role in consumer electronics
Bachelor's degree required
Experience supporting hardware development programs
Experience working with domestic and international vendors
Proven ability to manage complex spreadsheets and accounting tools
Strong coordination skills across multiple teams and time zones
5+ years of relevant experience
Procurement experience, including issuing and managing Purchase Orders
Experience with distribution logistics
Background in budget tracking or management
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets) and PowerPoint slide decks
Experience working with Bill of Materials (BOMs) and/or FATP Build Matrices
Strong hardware program support experience (Apple or similar environment highly relevant)
Preferred
Prior logistics role with vendors in Asia
Deeper budget ownership or forecasting experience
Advanced experience with BOMs and FATP Build Matrices
