Responsibilities
Collaborate with marketing, product, operations and sales leaders in the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing projects (examples include sales presentations, product content and thought leadership)
Project manage and multi-task in a high-paced environment to ensure timelines are met
Develop a high-level understanding of relevant industry trends and topics to translate into insights and thought leadership
Liaise with external marketing partners as their primary company contact
Manage all reviews with Legal and Compliance teams
Organize and drive marketing initiatives through the creative process with our internal marketing teams
Qualification
Required
5+ years of relevant Marketing experience required background in defined contribution and/or annuities is a plus
Strong project management experience is required; experience working in a B2B client facing role is a plus
Experience in creating marketing collateral, developing marketing communications, and executing marketing campaigns, preferably for B2B
Comfortable managing and maintaining creative and design workflow production
Experience working with research data
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills
Excellent written communication and demonstrated copywriting abilities
Exercises the highest level of attention to detail
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred
Experience with Workfront, Red Oak, Seismic a plus
