Facilitate LSS project team meetings
Coordinate logistics for training sessions
Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions regarding LSS concepts & methods
Develop content for adhoc trainings based on feedback from LSS Unit stakeholders
Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions
Compile and present data on key performance indicators for the LSS Unit
Maintain LSS activity trackers related to projects and Belt certification
Monitor LSS Unit mailbox for requests/inquires and coordinates responses
Create surveys using Survey Monkey
Create visually engaging job-aids and standard work resources
Qualification
Required
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and two years of professional experience conducting management and organizational studies to review and revise procedures for new or changing programs, review organizational performance, conduct data analysis, and develop internal controls
A Juris Doctor, master's or higher degree in a related field can substitute for one year of specialized experience
In order to be eligible for transfer, candidates must have one year of permanent competitive or 55-b/c service as a Senior Administrative Analyst, Grade 18, and be eligible for lateral transfer; OR be eligible to transfer under Section 52.6 or Section 70.1 of the Civil Service Law
