Sales Development Representative
Crossing Hurdles is a global recruitment firm partnering with a fast-growing, VC-backed healthcare AI company that is transforming how hospitals and health systems operate. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will research and identify target healthcare accounts, engage key decision-makers, and generate qualified pipeline opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Research and identify target healthcare accounts, including IDNs, academic medical centers, and regional health systems
Identify and engage key decision-makers through outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, industry events)
Generate qualified pipeline by scheduling meetings and creating opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives
Qualify inbound leads and maintain strong follow-up to advance prospects through the funnel
Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to build account plans and support deal progression
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure strong pipeline hygiene and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product to tailor messaging and outreach
Represent the company’s mission and values in all interactions with prospective customers
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in a sales or business development role
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Highly organized and process-oriented, with attention to detail
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Interest in healthcare, AI, and enterprise technology
Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco
