Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management
Strong background in Third-Party Logistics (3PL) and understanding of the logistics industry
Excellent skills in Negotiation and building strategic relationships
Knowledge of Telecommunications relevant to carrier sales operations
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
Proficiency in leveraging technology tools and CRM platforms to manage sales operations
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or a related field preferred
Prior experience in a sales leadership role within the logistics or transportation industry is advantageous
