Responsibilities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and operational decision‑making
Assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership
Support month‑end close including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and reclasses
Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and ensure compliance with GAAP
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed asset accounting as needed
Review and improve accounting processes and internal controls
Assist in annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting cycles
Track budget vs. actual performance and highlight risks or opportunities
Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and documentation
Ensure adherence to accounting policies, corporate guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Partner with operations, HR, Buying team, and other teams to ensure accurate financial data and cost tracking
Provide financial insights to non-finance stakeholders in a clear, actionable way

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of experience in accounting, corporate finance, or audit
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, modeling)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or progress toward certification
Experience in a mid‑size or enterprise environment
Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
