Responsibilities

Main contact for Oracle customers
Manages the contract, or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS)
Develops and maintains relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties
Plans and deploys support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints
Advises the account on effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures
Assures and improves the quality of the service, and maintains accurate account information
Communicates opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars
Assists in the renewal of Support contracts, and contributes to pre-sales activities

Required

3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant field
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience managing client relationships
Ability to act as an escalation point for client issues
Experience coordinating with internal and external cross-functional teams
Ability to prepare client agendas and lead meetings
Experience providing on-call support for incident management
Ability to communicate effectively with customers
Experience in managing contracts and delivery engagements
Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior management
Experience planning and deploying support activities within budgetary constraints
Ability to advise accounts on effective use of Oracle support services and products
Experience in assuring and improving service quality
Ability to communicate opportunities for customer engagement with Oracle
Experience assisting in the renewal of support contracts
Experience contributing to pre-sales activities

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
