Qualification
Required
College degree or equivalent proficiency
Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in financial services sales or a business development role
Requires a degree of maturity necessary to function in activities beyond standard routines
CTFA or CFP designation to be obtained within 3 years for the Trust & Investments delivery channel
FINRA series 7 & 66 plus insurance licenses to sell securities and insurance products to be obtained in 18 months for the Brokerage delivery channel
