These roles will involve assisting with general ledger areas, financial analysis across projects, and working closely with various departments regarding financial and accounting matters.

Assist with General Ledger areas
Intercompany transactions
Monthly aging reports for AP and AR
Job costing summaries
Project costs, weekly tracking
Financial analysis across projects; review budgets, expenses and forecasting
Variance analysis for projects; ability to explain to leadership about differences
Review/advise on various project improvement areas
Ability to work closely, and discuss, with accounting, non-accounting departments and Project Managers regarding financial and accounting areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree - Accounting, Finance or Business (related)
4-6+ years of experience in general accounting, finance or project accounting
Strong system skills, larger ERPs preferred
Advanced Excel
Good oral and written skills
Ability to interact and communicate with accounting/non-accounting areas
Ability to meet deadlines as needed
Preferred
Construction industry experience preferred
