Responsibilities
Manage and operate a virtualized Microsoft (MS) environment (SharePoint)
Perform daily system checks, review and respond to events reflected in various management tools, and perform server patch management
Notify Government representatives of issues involving the performance of the operating environment
Conduct system audit reviews and perform maintenance functions as required to ensure system health
Coordinate efforts with other work centers and personnel to resolve incidents or events related to systems and supporting infrastructure
Adhere to change control standards and procedures, problem resolution, and troubleshooting techniques, and the use of remote server management tools
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Experience with Microsoft Office
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
Critical Thinking Skills
Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Associates Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
CompTIA Security X or CASP
3+ Years of relevant experience
Experience with Active Directory (AD), clustering, Domain Name System (DNS), and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP)
Preferred
VMware Certified Associate (VCA) certification
CNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIG, CCSP
