Required

Demonstrates a high “HQ” (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 1-2 of previous sales experience, preferably with commercial vans or trucks
Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills; ability to develop genuine client relationships and understand business fleet requirement
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools; strong computer literacy
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Self-starter with high energy, strong initiative and a commitment to maximizing customer satisfaction
Knowledge of automotive products and industry trends
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift and move objects, such as vehicle keys and paperwork
Ability to drive various types of vehicles
Ability to speak and hear clearly

Preferred

Fleet Management or Account Management experience for commercial clients highly preferred
