Responsibilities

Design and build agentic workflows that automate complex, multi-step development and operational processes
Implement AI agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar technologies
Create tool integrations enabling AI agents to interact with internal systems, APIs, and databases securely—including legacy systems
Build monitoring and observability systems for AI agent performance and reliability
Develop guardrails and safety mechanisms ensuring agents operate within defined boundaries
Automate code review, testing, documentation, and deployment processes using AI capabilities
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions

Required

10+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python (Java experience also valued)
Hands-on experience with major LLM-powered coding assistants and the ability to evaluate emerging tools
Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of API integrations and workflow orchestration
Experience with prompt engineering and working with LLM APIs
Solid grasp of security best practices for automated systems
You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role

Preferred

Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or A2A (Agent-to-Agent) protocols
Background in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering
Experience with RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations
Experience building integrations with legacy systems or mainframes
Familiarity with fintech compliance requirements
