This role supports both commercial and residential real estate matters and is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of real estate transactions from start to finish.

Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leases, and financings
Draft, review, and organize real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, deeds, closing statements, and title documents
Coordinate closings, including preparation of closing binders and post-closing documentation
Conduct title and survey reviews and assist with resolving title issues
Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other third parties
Maintain and manage files to ensure accuracy and compliance with deadlines

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal handling both commercial and residential real estate matters
Solid knowledge of real estate transactions and related documentation
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal document management systems is a plus
