Responsibilities
Lead the team in defining and driving the long‑term product roadmap for Office workloads in United States Government air gapped cloud environments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and customer requirements
Guide teams to prioritize product decisions, negotiate tradeoffs with engineering partners, and adapt plans in response to new inputs, risks, and system constraints to maintain predictable and high‑quality delivery
Ensure teams establish and adhere to clear performance metrics, including product, security, quality, and compliance measures, and drive data‑based decision making across all feature areas
Direct teams to partner with engineering, design, compliance, and research groups to identify and resolve interoperability issues, ensure secure and compliant product design, and manage complex dependencies across Office services
Coach teams to incorporate customer insights through structured engagement, telemetry analysis, and stakeholder feedback loops to strengthen customer trust and align the product vision with mission program needs
Lead teams in achieving cross‑functional alignment for Office parity and service availability by influencing senior partners and ensuring consistent coordination across engineering, product marketing, and business planning
Provide people leadership by modeling, coaching, and caring; developing talent; setting clear expectations; and ensuring that the team operates with clarity, accountability, and shared purpose

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience
3+ years people management experience
The successful candidate must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role
Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate U.S. Government clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination
This position requires successful verification of the stated security clearance to meet federal government customer requirements
This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter
This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship due to citizenship-based legal restrictions
