Responsibilities
Source candidates and build shortlists for open roles
Screen applicants and run first-round calls
Schedule interviews and manage interview logistics
Post jobs and maintain postings across platforms
Track candidates in an ATS or shared tracker
Coordinate onboarding for new hires
Maintain personnel files and required documentation
Support timekeeping, payroll support tasks, and benefits enrollment
Help manage compliance documents and related HR records
Qualification
Required
Experience coordinating recruiting and interview scheduling
Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
Discretion with sensitive information
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort working fully in the office
Preferred
Professional services experience
Experience with ATS tools and posting platforms
Familiarity with HR documentation and basic compliance workflows
Current location and commute readiness for the West Side of the Los Angeles area
Recruiting coordination experience and volume handled
