Responsibilities

Prepare month‑end journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and close deliverables, including the calculation and validation of 1MDF and Channel Inventory reserves

Lead monthly meetings with Business Unit Finance to review and explain the Future Channel Inventory Reserve Rate

Analyze monthly and quarterly inventory reserve results and provide insights to management

Prepare quarter‑end lookback analyses related to channel inventory reserves

Manage the accrual and reconciliation process for 1MDF spending

Support SOX compliance activities and respond to internal and external audit PBC requests

Continuously evaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for efficiency and control enhancements

Partner with IT and cross‑functional stakeholders to implement improvements to system reports, workflows, and analytics capabilities

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred

Minimum of 5 years of accounting or revenue experience, preferably in high‑tech or related industries

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities required

Proficient knowledge of US GAAP and revenue recognition fundamentals

Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain strong attention to detail, deliver high‑quality work, and meet strict deadlines in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Preferred

Experience with distributor and retail revenue transactions within the semiconductor industry is a plus

Experience with SAP and Power Business Intelligence is a plus
