Responsibilities
Collaborate with other departments to design and implement technology solutions that streamline, organize, standardize, and secure business functions
Work with other departments to gather and document business requirements
Analyze operational data from multiple sources to identify inefficiencies and help implement process improvements
Document workflows, use cases, and functional specifications to support system development and configuration
Assist in the rollout and support of new systems and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, SQL, or BI tools
Understanding of relational data and ability to work with databases for reporting and analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Familiarity with automation tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or scripting languages like PowerShell
Familiarity with integrating systems and connecting to APIs as data sources
Experience working as part of an IT team on system implementations
Knowledge of convenience store operations, merchandising, or fuel sales
