Sr. Human Resources Business Partner

Lead investigations (harassment, retaliation, misconduct, whistleblower, performance risk)
Partner with Legal on sensitive and high-risk matters
Proactively develop and implement systems for new employee orientation for continuity throughout culture
Coach leaders on performance management, discipline, and documentation
Ensure consistent application of policy across practices
Serve as escalation point for HR Generalist and Benefits Admin
Support organizational change and leadership/manager capability building
Identify ER trends and proactively mitigate risk with handbook admin, complex FMLA admin, and compliance training
Qualification
Required
