Responsibilities
Learn technical products with hands-on training and ongoing education
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and sales teammates
Develop business, communication, and problem-solving skills
See how your work directly impacts customer success and company growth
Have clear opportunities to grow as your knowledge and confidence expand
Support customers via phone, email, and chat with product questions, quotes, and orders
Help customers find the right solution, not just take orders
Track and follow up on open orders, delivery timing, and special requests
Work closely with outside sales, purchasing, and vendors
Learn and grow your technical product knowledge through training and experience
Use goals and metrics as tools for development—not pressure
Build trust and rapport with customers and internal teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
A customer-first mindset and positive attitude
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Comfort using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and business software
Curiosity and willingness to learn technical products
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (business or technical)
Customer service, administrative, or inside sales experience
