Responsibilities
Coordinate lease related activity across Real Estate, Corporate Development, Legal, Operations, Fixed Assets, and Decision Support teams
Serve as primary point of contact for field operations, utilities, and facilities teams regarding lease terms, deadlines, and renewals
Coordinate with landlords and vendor partners on lease matters, insurance requirements, tenant improvements, and RET appeals and payments
Review and process lease-related legal documents, maintain accurate lease data, manage department mail, and support administrative needs as required
Manage and administer the real estate lease portfolio, including renewals, relocations, closures, ROFRs, defaults, payments, and critical dates
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred
3-5 years of experience in multi-site real estate management
Proficient in Google Workspace & Microsoft Office
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with commercial lease structures and facilities operations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
