Responsibilities
AI/ML Development
Design and implement machine learning models for predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or generative AI
Optimize and fine-tune models for performance and scalability
Integrate AI capabilities into web applications and APIs
Fullstack Development
Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js
Develop backend services and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)
Ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend components
Cloud & DevOps
Deploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.)
Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (Terraform/CloudFormation)
Monitor and optimize cloud resources for cost and performance
Collaboration & Architecture
Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers
Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures
Document technical designs and best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10+ Years of Experience required
Strong knowledge of Python and AI libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision projects
Understanding of model deployment and inference optimization
Proficiency in React.js, Next.js, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API) and responsive design
Strong experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Django, Flask)
RESTful API design and integration
Hands-on experience with AWS services and serverless architectures
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with Next.js SSR/SSG and performance optimization
Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time applications
AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer)
