Responsibilities

Responsible for cost, schedule, and technical execution of deployment team scope for multiple Patriot programs - this includes planning, coordination and execution of taskings for fielding of Patriot systems
Identify and obtain personnel and material resources required to complete team objectives
Coordinate across organizational disciplines and functions to identify issues, resolve roadblocks and ensure successful completion of team objectives
Interface with the customer, which includes scheduling and leading review meetings and technical discussions
Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for deployment team scope
Prepare plans, procedures, and test cases
Ability to travel up to 15% internationally

Required

Typically requires a Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics. (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with the systems, software, operation, integration, and/or test
Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain a Final Secret U.S. government issued security clearance after start

Preferred

Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Experience leading technical teams
Experience developing staffing plans and identifying staffing assignments
Experience with MS Project scheduling/planning, proposals and bidding processes
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
