Responsibilities
Directs all nursing service activities for the facility assigned by making recommendations for staff/patient ratios
Maintain a system to determine and provide adequate staff for provision of appropriate nursing care
Develop and implement policies and procedures for nursing service in compliance with PAM Health system policies and procedure and accreditation standards
Qualification
Required
Active RN License in the state
Master's Degree, or active progression toward a Master's Degree, is required
A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience is required
Current BLS and ACLS required
Preferred
Three years of experience in nursing management preferred
Certification in a specified field preferred (CNE, CRRN, CCRN, PCCN)
