Tenicor is an American design, development, manufacturing, and training company. The role of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support by performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with general office operations.

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings
Draft and format general administrative documentation
Organize and maintain files and records
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
Assist in event planning and coordination
Support general office operations and maintain office amenities
Ensure confidentiality of private communication and documents
Provide general administrative support as directed
Qualification
Required
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong organization skills
Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Notion, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
