Interpret Architectural Drawings and Specifications for a Custom Millwork Manufacturer
Perform take-offs, create a scope of work and prepare estimates for customers
Communicate with Contractors, Vendors and Architects/Designers regarding project details
Work with Project Managers, Draftsmen and other members of the Production Team in creating estimates, change orders and other tasks
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural millwork, including commercial and/ or residential projects
Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
Proficient computer skills with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail required
Preferred
Previous experience leading or supporting field installation teams
