Responsibilities
Coordinate and track marketing programs and promotions
Prepare creative marketing materials (graphic and written) including social media content, fliers, and logos
Coordinate between offices and corporate; as well as with cooperating staff to compile data for marketing and social media events
Utilize social media scheduling software for content posting and communication ensuring all deadlines are met
Assist with the creation and distribution of internal marketing communications and print materials
Monitor email account and social media channels and follow up as applicable
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Extremely resourceful and adaptable
Anticipate potential issues and problem solve preemptively
Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data
Excellent interpersonal skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of social media outlets and their functionalities
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and similar software
Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite and other related software
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and verifiable auto insurance coverage
Associate's degree or equivalent required
1-2 years of experience in related roles preferred
Prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time
