Responsibilities

Oversee a portfolio of complex healthcare bridge loans and manage borrower relationships
Work closely with borrowers, property managers, and servicing teams to collect, normalize, and analyze financial and operating statements
Evaluate performance against business plans and prepare periodic reporting to co-investors and warehouse line providers
Identify and execute strategies to resolve underperforming or delinquent loans
Present recommendations and action plans to senior management and investors
Review loan documentation, third-party reports, and property-level data
Conduct property inspections and monitor market conditions
Collaborate with internal teams — including Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Servicing — to ensure portfolio integrity and execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (required)

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with portfolio analytics tools a plus
Proven ability to manage complex assets and provide strategic oversight with minimal supervision
Integrity, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive approach to solving problems
