Assisting attorneys with legal document preparation

Performing legal research as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and familiarity with family law documentation and filing procedures
Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing attorney calendars effectively
Solid understanding of legal principles and processes, with a background in Family Law and experience as a Legal Assistant preferred
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clear and professional interaction with clients and team members
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently
Proficiency with office software and legal tools or platforms; knowledge of Southern California legal system regulations is a plus
Preferred
Solid understanding of legal principles and processes, with a background in Family Law and experience as a Legal Assistant preferred
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred but not required if the candidate has substantial relevant experience
