Business Development Manager, Indirect
Culligan Quench is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing Indirect Division. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder and strategic thinker who thrives on uncovering new business opportunities and making an impact, focusing on expanding the dealer network and identifying potential acquisition targets.

Responsibilities
Identify and build relationships with independent dealers not currently in our network
Recruit new dealers to represent and sell Quench products, expanding our market reach
Evaluate potential acquisition targets and collaborate with the M&A team to explore opportunities
Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to align growth initiatives with strategic goals
Track outreach and engagement efforts in CRM, maintaining accurate pipeline and reporting metrics
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partner/channel development—ideally in a distribution or B2B environment
Proven success in building and managing business relationships that drive growth
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and act on them
Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and managing a sales pipeline
