Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations for one of our healthcare clients
Oversee monthly close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation
Review client financials for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP
Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounting teams and internal stakeholders
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff and support engagement execution
Assist with process improvements, system implementations, and accounting clean-up projects
Partner with CFO Advisory leadership on client deliverables and strategic finance initiatives
Qualification
Required
6+ years of accounting experience, with a strong foundation in financial reporting and close processes
Public accounting experience required (audit or advisory background preferred)
Healthcare, Tech or Professional Services background
Experience working in a client-service or fractional controllership environment strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

NetSuite experience preferred (other ERP exposure a plus)
