Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, and onboard high-quality leadership talent
Coach and develop District Leaders through consistent one-on-one check-ins and biweekly business reviews
Leverage tools like SMART START and the GROW leadership model to build strong, Guest-centric teams
Lead by example in delivering outstanding Guest experiences and proactively resolving issues
Celebrate successes and attract top talent through active use of social media
Identify and promote emerging leaders; provide targeted leadership development
Analyze business trends and create action plans to boost sales, profits, and team performance
Ensure staffing levels support business needs through effective networking and recruiting
Communicate key initiatives clearly and consistently across your region
Facilitate training, ensure compliance with marketing and regulatory postings, and promote loss prevention strategies
Meet or exceed annual sales and profitability targets through strategic salon leadership and operational execution
Build trust quickly with cross-functional teams through authenticity, competence, and consistent communication
Adapt to change while maintaining a clear focus on priorities and commitments
Analyze information effectively to identify business opportunities and develop clear solutions
Manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, sales-driven environment
Deliver strong presentations and written communications to a variety of audiences
Plan and coordinate district visits (minimum of 2-3 days per week) and conduct annual visits to each salon
Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and events, to support salon needs
Travel as needed within the assigned region

Required

Candidates must live in or near Virginia
50%+ Travel required
5+ years of multi-unit operational management experience
A proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving business growth
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
High cultural accountability and ability to work collaboratively
Availability for regional travel and flexible work hours
Experience using and preparing documents using Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools
