Establish Portfolio Governance and Drive Strategic Alignment (First 60 Days)
Lead Execution of High-Visibility Programs to On-Time, On-Budget Delivery (Through Contract Term)
Coordinate Agile Release Trains and Facilitate Effective PI Planning (By Second PI Cycle)
Facilitate Executive Reviews and Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making

Lead Financial Management and Resource Planning Activities

Qualification

Ensuring schedule, scope, and budget adherence
Proactive communication to senior leadership
Managing risk and resolving execution roadblocks
Ability to maintain focus across dynamic stakeholder groups
Experience in structured complexity and leading meaningful programs
Ability to prepare and lead executive steering committee meetings
Experience in financial management and resource planning activities
Implementing a formalized RAID log
Ensuring adherence to SAFe governance and Agile delivery standards
Supporting change management and communication planning
Evaluating and integrating AI to improve performance
