Responsibilities
Assist with configuring proprietary Speaker Bureau software products to meet specific business and client requirements
Support implementation activities from initial planning through launch and post-launch phases
Learn system functionality and workflows to effectively support the product team
Provide first-level support for HWP’s proprietary software products
Respond to and resolve support tickets efficiently, escalating complex technical issues as appropriate
Maintain a customer-focused approach while building positive working relationships with users
Assist with testing product updates, enhancements, and client deliverables
Follow established test plans and document and report defects or functional issues
Ensure software functionality, accuracy, and overall quality prior to release
Support the preparation and submission of required content to regulatory bodies in accordance with industry standards
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all regulatory-related submissions
Track projects, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Communicate deadlines, milestones, and status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders
Support coordination efforts across cross-functional teams
Provide general support to the Product Management Team for ongoing initiatives
Assist with product enhancements, updates, and continuous improvement efforts
Help develop, maintain, and update portal training and user documentation, updating as systems and processes evolve
Participate in knowledge transfer activities related to proprietary products as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in product implementation
Basic technical aptitude with an interest in software systems and troubleshooting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
A deadline-driven mindset with strong time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
A collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent service
Adaptability and a willingness to learn proprietary systems and processes
