Responsibilities
Gain hands-on experience in problem-solving and project management within a global adhesives manufacturing environment
Participate in process design and development to improve operational efficiency
Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing challenges
Support the implementation of engineering projects from concept to execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Learn and apply industry best practices in manufacturing and process optimization
Qualification
Required
An undergraduate student (sophomore, junior, senior), or a master's / graduate student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
Understanding of lean principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize production processes
Experience in designing and refining manufacturing processes and components to meet performance and quality standards
