Responsibilities

Managing and processing outgoing payments with accuracy and compliance
Monitoring daily cash activity and preparing cash reconciliations
Reviewing and reconciling corporate credit card transactions
Assisting with cash forecasting and liquidity planning
Supporting month-end close related to treasury accounts
Managing electronic transfers and helping maintain banking workflows
Preparing treasury reports and ad-hoc analyses
Partnering with Accounting and Finance leadership
Documenting procedures and contributing to process improvements

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of relevant experience or a strong entry‑level academic background
High attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
Ability to manage workstreams across multiple entities

Preferred

CPA, CTP, or other finance certifications
Experience in treasury or cash management
Multi‑entity or shared services experience
