Guide teams through modernization initiatives
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in NICE CXone (full suite preferred) or equivalent cloud contact center platforms such as Genesys or Google
Strong technical leadership with hands-on coding and architectural experience
Proven success in contact center transformation projects
Excellent cross-team coordination and communication skills
Experience in platform modernization, tech debt reduction, and incremental system upgrades
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of hands-on technical leadership in contact center or cloud platform environments
Ability to get involved in code review and architecture decisions
Flexibility to adapt to evolving platform strategies
Capability to guide teams through modernization initiatives
Preferred
Experience with Nexidia analytics within NICE CXone
Knowledge of IVR, routing, and contact management systems
Vendor management and partner collaboration skills
Familiarity with large-scale platform pivots and strategic planning
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a fast-paced environment
