Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to automotive embedded software development across the full software lifecycle
Develop and integrate software on non-AUTOSAR platforms
Design and implement bootloader, diagnostics, peripheral drivers, and BSP integration
Develop and integrate Telematics applications using Embedded C
Work on microcontrollers from NXP and Infineon families
Collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and validation teams to ensure seamless integration
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and development teams
Ensure software quality, performance, and compliance with automotive standards and best practices
Qualification
Required
Highly experienced Automotive Software Lead
Strong background in embedded software development for automotive applications
Hands-on experience in Infotainment and/or Telematics systems
Experience with non-AUTOSAR platforms
Experience in low-level software development
Proven leadership capabilities to guide technical teams
Lead and contribute to automotive embedded software development across the full software lifecycle
