Responsibilities
Manage existing relationships with strategic accounts and improve client engagement processes and drive growth
Build and manage relationships with strategic prospect accounts and improve client engagement processes towards new business and growth
Develop and implement advanced lead generation strategies for high-value clients
Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance customer acquisition
Use data insights to inform strategic business decisions and opportunities
Oversee and mentor a support team to meet and exceed sales and business development goals
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving business growth
Expert negotiation skills and experience managing large accounts

Effective Communication skills for interaction with internal and external stakeholders – written and oral
Time management and planning. The ability to align on a documented plan with a prospect is key to accelerating win outcomes
Consultative to bridge active listening to needs qualification, expansion and recommendation
Challenger, Analytical, Persuasive
Preferred
Proven experience in the SaaS and technology industries
Extensive knowledge of retail Point of Sales ('POS') solutions and industry needs
Ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies
Strong proficiency in using data analytics to guide strategy
Experience in global market engagement and expansion
Track record of exceeding performance and revenue targets
Demonstrated ability to lead successful cross-functional initiatives
