Trufast Walls District Sales Manager - Northeast / Middle Atlantic Region

Altenloh, Brinck & Co. US, Inc. manufactures and distributes engineered fasteners for various markets, and they are seeking a District Sales Manager for their TRUFAST® walls products. The role involves managing sales across a defined geographical area, developing relationships with customers, and ensuring consistent sales growth through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Developing and managing effective sales strategies to maximize company sales and profitability
Hiring, training, and leading independent sales representatives
Building and sustaining solid relationships with both existing and new customers for distribution and OEM channels
Driving exceptional service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction
Providing regular feedback to the national sales manager on company marketing and product development needs as well as pricing recommendations
Researching and monitoring market trends, competitors' sales activities, and consumer needs
Completing sales reports and submitting them to upper management for review
Analyzing sales metrics and market trends to adapt or modify sales strategies and approaches accordingly
Assisting in the development of marketing campaigns that are designed to expand brand recognition and highlight the benefits of company products and services
Managing budgets, controlling expenses, and overseeing resource allocation

Required

3+ years of experience in Industry background at mid-level executive position or higher: sales, marketing, customer relations, strategy and project implementation
Bachelor's degree in business related field
Working knowledge of business/management principles and sales mechanics: analytical, organizational, budgeting, resource allocation, and human resources
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent judgment, critical thinking, decision-making ability in the spirit of teamwork
Demonstrates a positive attitude, dedicated work ethic, and high integrity
Self-directed with excellent time management skills
Proficient use of all Microsoft Office suite programs
Valid driver's license
Perform pull test or other job site services that may require physical activity
Must be able to travel; anticipate at least 50% which includes trade shows and job sites
Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods
The employee is regularly required to sit, talk, and hear; frequently required to use repetitive hand motions; and to stand, walk, reach, bend, climb ladders, access rooftops, and lift up to 25 pounds
Work may involve working at heights and navigating uneven surfaces at job sites
