Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of analytics solutions that support strategic and operational goals
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders across the business
Design and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, or similar)
Partner with business leaders to define KPIs, success metrics, and analytical requirements
Summarize technical findings into clear, concise narratives tailored to non-technical audiences
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting and analytics outputs
Mentor and guide analysts, promoting best practices in analytics, visualization, and storytelling with data
Identify opportunities to improve data processes, tooling, and analytical methodologies
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
Advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and performance optimization
Strong experience creating data visualizations and dashboards that drive decision-making
Proven ability to convert analytical findings into clear business insights and recommendations
Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience leading or mentoring analytics teams
Experience presenting insights and creating action plans with business
Experience with Databricks
Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
SQL expertise
