We are seeking a CI CDP Architect based on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
The ideal candidate will have completed at least one full end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights CDP and Customer Journey
This is a fully remote role, requiring strong architectural expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 End-to-End Implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights CDP and Customer Journey
6–10 years of experience in Dynamics 365 architecture
Strong specialization in Customer Insights (CI/CDP)
Strong specialization in Customer Journey on D365
Strong understanding of Data unification
Strong understanding of Identity resolution
Strong understanding of Customer analytics
Excellent communication
Strong stakeholder management
Leadership and collaboration skills
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert
Large-scale enterprise Dynamics 365 implementations
Designing Customer 360 profiles and unified data models
Familiarity with observability tools and performance optimization
