Responsibilities
Assumes the responsibility, in conjunction with Information Systems, for the efficient operation of the information systems utilized in Materials Management
Serves as the Information Systems liaison, assisting in the development of policies and procedures, as well as facilitating issue resolution, production of reports, systems design, testing, implementation, and support
Performs complex statistical analysis and oversees the accuracy of the MMIS databases, vendor file, and contract master file
Develops and implements reporting mechanisms and data retrieval to provide financial analysis and problem identification
Supports e-procurement and electronic requisitioning through system support and maintenance
Develops policies and procedures governing the maintenance and updating of MMIS databases to facilitate efficient operations
Supports or assumes leadership of assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or health care-related field and three years of related experience
Proficient with microcomputers and MS Office software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel
