Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy AI software components, including agentic applications, LLM inference, foundation model training, and AI-powered development tools

Build AI-driven tools to improve the deployment, operation, and upgrade of InterSystems cloud solutions

Evaluate and integrate agentic AI platforms into coding, testing, CI/CD, and operational workflows

Lead proofs-of-concept, prototypes, and internal tooling to improve cloud-based service delivery

Partner with cross-functional teams to drive AI adoption and best practices

Qualification

Required

5+ years of experience in software engineering or platform engineering roles

Experience building AI/ML solutions—such as agentic applications, LLM inference, similarity search, vector databases, guardrails, or memory systems

Strong coding skills in Python or other languages such as C++ or ObjectScript

Expertise in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or private cloud) and containerization technologies

Preferred

Experience AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Replit)

Background in DevOps, or Platform Engineering

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as

Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks or tools are a plus
